Delivery Policy

  • The delivery process will only be initiated after payment has been validated and a notice of acceptance has been sent to the Customer.
  • CLM shall endeavour to arrange to deliver the Products to the delivery point in Malaysia designated by Customer in his or her purchase order.
  • CLM shall use our reasonable endeavors to deliver the ordered Products to Customer according to the dates quoted for the delivery.
  • Any dates quoted by CLM for delivery of the Products are estimates only and shall not form part of the Agreement. In no event shall CLM be liable for increased cost, loss of profits or goodwill or any other special, incidental direct or indirect or consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery of the Products.
  • If Customer fails to collect the ordered products, no refunds will be made. The Customer may arrange for the rescheduling of delivery with the Delivery Partner. The Customer agrees that CLM shall not be held responsible for any and all losses, damages, and inconveniences suffered by the Customers due to the Customer’s non-collection of the ordered products.
  • An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  • Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
